Before we read about the intricacies of a real relationship, it is important for each one of us to understand what our needs and expectations from another person, and what all we are willing to give them. By observing such an approach, it becomes easier for both the partners towards a future together if both really want to continue with the relationship.

One of the biggest mistakes couples make is that they tend to forget what brought them close to their partner in the first place. The basics are lost and so is charm of the relationship. We have made a life and living based on these things and any attempt to change things by someone else may be seen as a breach of privacy, too much interference, and loss of control and hence avoided.

Honesty is one of the most neglected parts of a modern day relationship in which partners keep on changing even when partner(s) are already in a relationship. Being human does not make any of us perfect but that doesn’t mean that we will always commit mistakes. A healthy relationship is based on trust and faithfulness, which are important rudiments of any relationship in the society.
