Music has been synonymous with love and passion as far as history can be remembered. One of the many heart rendering ways to mend discorded relationships is the soulful sound of the music. It has the miraculous ability to transport you to a totally different world and bring back fond memories that leave you nostalgic. Over the years the number of love songs written by various artists all over prove this fact immensely leaving no doubt therein.

It’s a harmonious relationship that brings peace to the mind and maybe helps you and overcome emotional distress also. Love is a strong feeling, it cuts across ages, caste, creed and sex.it can be in any form and in any relation.parents, spouse, friends all form the gamut of that huge circle. Our whole life depends on this feeling that personally doesn’t cost a dime but can make people stoop down low or rise in glory. It can make them go into depression and become morbid to the world or it can make them live life like never before. The birth of a child fills the hearts of that household with immense love and joy that even if the family wasn’t together, it would sure come because of the unbound happiness. Music again has the innate ability of bringing immense joy. With every new genre that hit the world be it hard rock from iron maiden or soft classic pop from George Michael it all was a rage. The electric sync in music with Michael jack son’s album thriller got him instant fame and glory and people were all aping him. It had brought about a revolution. Music and love go hand in hand. Where there is love there is music and nevertheless this tradition continues. When it’s a gal’s night out partying numbers from Dixie chiks can be quite a hit. When you are out sad and lonely listening to a ballad classic rock from white snake or u2s albums can be quite soothing. Over the years movies have been made with a number of love songs too. When the soldiers are at war they are made to listen to music that’s patriotic and make them watch movies on the same lines. Remember the movie ‘border’ truly depicting it. Its music and love, which makes the world, go round. The similarity being both cost money in their own way, one to express the love and be materialistic and the other to make it. Dwell in the two worlds and interlink them together and see the magic it creates!!!!!!!!!!

Bridging a gap between your friends and your partner

Once upon a time your life was all about your friends. You hung out together, you planned holidays together and you called each other at the weirdest hours of night or day. But that fairy tale ended when you got married.

This is what usually happens .Often when your partner is not a friend already; he/she is usually not familiar with your friends. Sometimes he or she doesn’t want to know your friends better. There may be resentment that you spend more time with them than him or her. There may be jealousy. He may think your best friend is too intrusive, she may think your best friend is too clingy. Both may hate it if the other calls his/her friends at strange times of the night, especially if the friend id of the opposite sex.

You want to preserve your relationship, so you sacrifice your friendship. You make new common friends and tough you try to keep up with your old circle of friends; you give up after a few years. “Almost all of us face this problem for some reason or the other if you cannot bridge the gap between the two relations, you often loose out on friendships, because partners and spouses are definitely the priority or problems might come up in the marriage. “ Experts say though it is impractical to expect your partner to always get along with your friends, some adjustments must be made. “it is oppressive to expect that your partner will like your friends the way you do.it is also oppressive for the partner to make demands regarding his/her friendships on you.”

Its okay if your partner doesn’t like all your friends .However adjustments are a must One must give both parties opportunities to find common ground. Both the partner and the friends should initiate friendship and show each other their willingness to get to know each other better. But if they don’t find any common ground its okay.Thats when you have to compromise. Its important to give your partner time alone with his/her friends. “Giving each other space is really impotant.”

Couples must avoid

• Getting excessively intimate while with friends, it gets embarrassing for the others.
• Being very choosy about what the group should do and time constraints
• Fighting in front of everyone
• Don’t expect your friends to change their plans all the time to accommodate you.
