Try running the hands along the buttocks and back and press your partner against you, relax and repeat and you can feel him responding positively.

Run your fingers smoothly through his hair and across the scalp. This gives him pleasurable moments.

Relax with a foot massage

Did you know that our feet contain a very high number of nerve endings, thus making them especially sensitive to touch? Add some warmed massage lotion and a few long deliberate strokes, and you have found a sensual way to connect with your partner after a long day at office.

Foot massage is best tried at night after your partner has taken his shower and is about to settle in for he night. Have your partner lie down on the sofa or sit in a cozy chair. Turn down the lights, put on some soft music and st near your partner’s feet.

Using a scented foot lotion, slowly rub your partner’s feet, using long, sensual strokes. Be sure to first warm the lotion in your hands, and then rub it into the soles of each foot using your thumbs to massage the arches and balls of the feet. Don’t neglect the toes-spend time caressing each one.

Get ready for a romantic bath
The best way to set up a romantic bath is to first run some steamy water with a lot of bubbles! If a full body bath is beyond your reach, then give your partner a sensual hair shampoo. Begin by pouring a generous amount of it in your hands. Rub them together to evenly distribute the shampoo, and then begin by massaging your partner’s wet hair.

Matthew Messina, DDS, who is a dentist and consumer advisor for the American Dental Association, says the extra saliva produced during kissing washes bacteria off your teeth, which can help break down oral plaque. Bryant Stamford, PhD, director of the health promotion center at the University of Louisville notes kissing can help out you lose calories. “During a really, really passionate kiss,” he says, “you might lose two calories a minute - double your metabolic rate.” Others claim that kissing exercises the facial muscles.

A Kiss helps averts tooth decay. Dr. Peter Gorden, the Dental Advisor at the British Dental Association, explains. “After eating, your mouth is full of sugar solution and acidic saliva, which cause plaque build up. Kissing is nature’s own clean up process”, he adds. “It stimulates saliva flow and brings plaque levels down to normal.”

A Kiss is also believed to relieve tension. A passionate kiss is one of the great relaxation techniques, says stress consultant, Michelle Kay Mcnabb.” When your mouth is in a kissing position, you are more or less smiling and as our emotions and body language are so directly linked, it’s almost not possible to smile and sense tension at the same time,” she explains. “Also, your breathing becomes deeper and your eyes close when you kiss; that’s what you do when you relax. It’s an ideal way to shut out the world.”

It essentially produces a group of the physiological changes that meditation produces. The fact that kissing leads to touching is also an added advantage. Touching as well as massaging release oxytocin, a hormone known to have a calming impact on the body.
