How often have you heard a guy saying “call me” but then never really heard from him again. But he did ask you to call, didn’t he? Let me tell you that these two words can play big games with a woman if she is not exactly aware about what does this exactly mean. Women certainly think differently and thus often end up misinterpreting signs men out forth for them. Let’s delve a bit deeper and know what the inside story actually is.
The most important thing you need to know is the only time it is good to hear ‘call me’ from a guy is when you are already talking to her on a regular basis. This means that he is actively pursuing you and would be thrilled to hear from you. This shows that he already loves talking to you and wants you hear more of you. Nothing can be better than establishing a communication in this way as this will then set the tempo for your future.
But as a part of the conversation you were once having with a guy, he asked you to call him and then took your leave, he was NOT meant to be taken literally. Well yes, even if the guy is smart, attractive and you would love to know more about him, calling him again and again won’t really help.
Let me tell you why. When a woman keeps calling a guy time and again without limiting her calls to special occasions, they become less and less welcome at the other end. If you end up calling at a wrong time, your call can eventually become a matter of great annoyance and a time may soon come when the guy may just stop attending your calls.
A man must spend time thinking about you in order to fall in love with you. So if you keep calling him constantly, it’s like never really giving him an opportunity to share his mind space with you.
When men say ‘you can call me, I am in a hurry right now’ , it clearly means that he just doesn’t want to be too rude to you by saying that I am not really interested in you so please let’s not waste each other’s time by talking just for the heck of it. In other words it means, “Call me – a year from never”!
So next time this happens with you, make sure you don’t take it too literally and simply back off the moment you hear it.
