Valentine, we all know stands for love. It is that day of the year when we walk an extra mile to show our partners how much they are adored, loved and cared for. Our busy schedules often leave us too exhausted and weary to invest time in showing our mates how much compassion we have for them. Hence Valentine eve is a perfect occasion to shower our partner with our ardor, our passion and our feeling of fondness for him/her.

So this write-up of mine is particularly dedicated to give you some tips to make your partner feel as special and loved on this special day by writing a love letter.

You know the biggest hazard in today’s time is the way we have gotten addicted to electronics and employ it for every little thing we do. Even if we want to send greetings to our loved ones, we either use e-cards or text message via our cell phones. So this Valentines, it is time for you turn off the electronics, your palm and the Blackberry and focus your attention in doing something more real. Write a love letter! Where most of you might have forgotten to even hold a pen by now but the emotion of writing something for your partner in your own handwriting will really show your partner how much you lover him/her. Write to your mate the reason of you loving him so much or why would you choose her all over again if you had to. If you are married, then tell your wife how thrilled you are to have her as your kid’s mom. As for women, reminding your man of his charm and his devotion towards you can really make a world of a difference.

You needn’t really think too hard to fathom what to write and how! Just open a sheet of paper and start writing whatever clicks your heart. Once you start penning you’ll realize that you have so much to write, that there is so much you’ve missed telling your mate about all the beautiful times she’s held your hand and made you feel secured. The same goes for your man too. Tell them how you have become all the more compassionate and loving as a person in his /her presence.

A beautiful feeling settles in your heart once you start expressing your love and ardor. In fact you should know that expressing your emotion is a great way to increase your feelings for your partner.

Thus you’ll see that this love letter will be cherished as the most sacred and precious possession by your mate. They’ll read it again and again and from there on, you’ll see a marked change in your mate’s attitude towards you. It can be called as a start of a new journey. A journey that’ll be filled with all the more love, compassion and affection!
